Oh, you want Kermit to be a SLIP or PPP dialer. OK, simple answer:
. MS-DOS Kermit: Yes
. Kermit 95 for Windows 95 and NT: No
. OS/2 C-Kermit (and soon, Kermit 95 for OS/2): Yes
. UNIX C-Kermit: with some trickery, perhaps: Yes
